This online class will help you to stay strong whilst our pole & aerial classes are on hold. Build on the strength you've already gained & reduce the risk of injury. This class can be done on it's own as a full body workout to help with correcting posture & getting rid of those aches & pains, or to supplement your existing pole & aerial training that can be done at home.


- Bulletproof your body against injury & strengthen your weakest points!! 

-This is especially important for those of you who are hypermobile (commonly called being double jointed)

- Correct poor posture 

- Reduce all those aches & pains & feel better in your body

- We'll be using a set of loop resistance bands & a single strap resistance band. These can be bought together here:  https://www.sarahscotchmanphotography.co.uk/…/resistance-b…/

- Resistance Band Training is used for both Prehab & Rehab & is recommended by Physios all over!

- Prehab can strengthen vulnerable areas throughout the body & is an important step in protecting yourself from injury

- Rehab will strengthen the weakened muscles from an injury to ease pain & aid recovery to get you fully functioning & confident again

- Regressions & progressions will be provided so you can work at your own level.

- A Warm Up & Cool Down Stretches are included in this class.
